Take five is an idiom to remind us to take a break and relax for a short period of time.

If time is a precious commodity, how are you managing the 168 hours in a week?

Assuming we sleep an average of eight hours a night, we have about 112 to spend on work and life. The first step towards creating balance is to figure out what should take priority for those precious hours.

But for many of us, the pursuit of a healthy work/life balance seems like an unattainable goal.

We are torn between juggling workloads, managing relationships and family responsibilities, and squeezing in interests and hobbies so it comes as no surprise that many of us describe ourselves as feeling “burned out” or “stressed out.” And that’s not balanced—or healthy.

Here are a few practical steps we can take to identify signs of burnout and steps to take when you’re starting to feel burned out.  https://hbr.org/2016/06/steps-to-take-when-youre-starting-to-feel-burned-out
